Brightflow automates the financial data of small businesses, giving them insight into their cash flow without having to hire a full time CFO.
Situation:
Brightflow needed screens for onboarding and financial reporting for busy small business owners.
Task:
Design a simple, user friendly onboarding experience.
Action:
• Create full design system including color palette, fonts, components, and loading animation
• Source and select icons and illustrations
• Design onboarding flow and screens
• Create initial messaging, graph, and forecasting page
Action:
• All Betterflow clients use the Forecasting pages
The image below shows the Forecasting page. The welcome message and graph are above the fold for the initial viewing while data is being imported. This was done intentionally so users were not overwhelmed during their first visit.
