Process Work: Brainstorming and Competitive Analysis
In order for the project to work in such a tight timeframe, buy-in was needed from early on in the process. A 2-day brainstorming session was held with 10 Managers and Directors from Design, Development, and Product Management. During the brainstorming session we came up with a list of common problems when filling out expense reports as well as some possible solutions.
Concurrently, I created a list of comparison criteria and performed competitive analysis.
Outcome:
• application was successfully launched
• downloadable from iTunes, but requires Fusion Expenses backend to run
