Situation:
Reltio's Customer implementations took about 18 months and required expert JSON coding knowledge. Most customers did not have JSON experts on staff and the Reltio's professional services team was in extreme demand.
Task:
Design an app to reduce the implementation time to 3 months.
Action:
• Researched technical possibilities and gathered information on best practices
• Obtained user feedback and incorporate it into designs
• Created and socialized user journeys and personas company-wide to reinforce end-user needs
Results:
• Created User Roles Management screens for SSO config, SAML support, and password policies
• Researched and designed screens for Environment management allowing users to schedule and run data quality tasks
• Designed tool allowing allowing customers to utilize a WISWIG to build pages
• Screens were used by 200+ customers and employees
• Simplification of MVP and enforcement of Customers' best practices
