The Challenge:
•    allow users one-click dialing for WebEx calls from a mobile device
•    educate users about low-cost options for connecting to conference calls
•    reduce costs resulting from the use of WebEx's call back feature
My role:
•    work with Business Analyst to understand requirements
•    work with Development to understand technical constraints
•    create interaction flows

Outcome:
•    application is expected to save 40,000 CHF annually
