Project Timeline: June 2015 -  February 2016

Situation:
Site Explorer is an multi-city framework that allows users find services in and around Roche and Genentech campuses. This project focused on providing real-time parking information to employees on Genentech's South San Francisco campus.

Task:
Uncover employees' feelings and habits relating to parking and other transportation options. Design application pages to increase awareness of transportation options and campus safety through traffic reduction.

Action:
•    Performed user research to determine attitudes about parking and on-campus transportation options
•    Collaborated with product team to create product roadmap
•     Worked with outside vendors to provide additional data and fine-tune parking API thresholds
•    Created wireframes and designs that adhered to Site Explorer framework branding and UX patterns

Result:
•    10,000+ employees were able to quickly find information on parking availability
•    Provided additional designs for future releases
